What if your income
was predictable?

Most agents don’t leave this industry because they aren’t good with people. They leave because the income is lumpy, the leads run dry, and nobody ever showed them a system. I know, because I came in at fifty with none of it figured out — and I had to build the system before the income followed.

Olympians Group recruitment poster: a proven system with 360 ads recall strategy, training, team support and income growth

Why listen to me

I made the switch at fifty. It worked.

For two decades I was a Regional Sales Director for Fortune 100 and listed companies — Honeywell, Psion/Motorola, Siemens/Dematic. Full P&L, teams across APAC, multimillion-dollar enterprise deals. Comfortable, and finite.

In October 2023 I went full-time into property. No warm database of buyers. No fifteen years of neighbourhood goodwill. What I had was a method for qualifying deals, a marketing qualification, and a willingness to do the unglamorous part properly.

Inside two years: ERA Million Dollar Club, Growth Achiever at Crystal, Super and Amethyst tier, top 20% of the company, and a 3rd-place finish in my group’s Top 30 (July 2024).

If you are considering a mid-career switch, that is the part worth hearing.

It is not that I was young, or lucky, or already knew everybody. It is that I joined a group with an actual system and then followed it.

What you get

A proven system, not a pep talk

Motivation is free and worth about that much. What actually changes an agent’s year is lead flow, a repeatable process, and someone senior who will look at your pipeline with you.

  • 360° Ads Recall Strategy

A structured paid-media approach that keeps you in front of the same audience until they are ready. You stay top-of-mind, get recognised, and convert more sellers and buyers — instead of restarting from cold every month.

  • Step-by-step framework

Training that assumes you are starting from zero and takes you to your first closing without guesswork. Prospecting scripts, listing presentation, financing conversations, and the compliance you cannot afford to improvise.

  • A team that actually answers

Olympians Group under Kelvin Neo, Executive Group Division Director. Co-broke support, deal sounding-boards, and people who pick up when you are standing outside a unit and something has gone sideways.

  • Marketing taught by someone qualified

I hold a High Distinction in Internet Marketing and WSQ certification in Facebook and Instagram marketing. Most agents learn ads from a YouTube video. You would be learning them from someone who was examined on it.

  • Negotiation you can repeat

Thirty years of enterprise deals and formal MEDDPICC and Situational Sales Negotiation training. I can show you how to qualify a seller properly and hold a position without losing the room.

  • All three segments

New launch, executive condominium and resale HDB. I run an EC Masterclass for the group, so you are not boxed into one product line while your leads ask about the other two.

The lead engine

Real numbers from a real ad account

Not a projection, not a screenshot from someone else’s course. This is what the campaign infrastructure produces.

1,257

Leads generated ▲ 45.6%

$6.21

Cost per lead ▲ 32.4%

$7,798

Ad spend deployed ▲ 23.7%

Figures from the Meta Ads Manager account behind the campaigns. Lead volume is not income — what you do with a lead still decides that. But you will not be starting from an empty pipeline.

An honest filter

This suits some people and not others

I would rather lose your time now than waste a year of it. Here is who tends to do well with me, and who doesn’t.

A good fit if you

  • Are switching mid-career and prepared to be a beginner again for a while
  • Will follow a system before you start improvising on it
  • Can go several months on savings while a pipeline builds
  • Want to learn marketing and negotiation properly, not just get listings handed over
  • Are comfortable being told your price is wrong

Not a fit if you

  • Need reliable income within the first three months
  • Are looking for someone to hand you closings
  • Want to treat this as a part-time side income
  • Would rather not be coached on how you present or negotiate
  • Are only comparing commission splits

Before you call

The questions everyone asks

I’m not licensed yet. Where do I start?

You need to pass the RES examination and be registered with CEA before you can practise. I sat it myself as a career switcher, so I can tell you honestly what the preparation takes and how to line it up with your notice period rather than quitting first and studying after.

How long before I earn anything?

Longer than you want and shorter than you fear. It depends on your network, the hours you put in, and whether you follow the process. I will not quote you a number, because anyone who does is guessing. What I will do is walk you through my own first year honestly — including the quiet months.

I’m in my forties or fifties. Is it too late?

I started full-time at fifty. Your working life to date is an asset here, not a liability — you have a network, you have credibility with clients your own age, and you have probably had harder conversations than most twenty-five year olds have had. The learning curve is real. The ceiling is not age.

I’m already an agent elsewhere. Why move?

Only move if something is genuinely missing — lead flow, training, support on complex cases, or marketing capability. If your current arrangement works, stay. If you are consistently generating your own leads with no infrastructure behind you, that is worth a conversation.

What do you get out of recruiting me?

An override on production, which is how team-building works across the whole industry. Worth saying plainly: it means my interest is in you actually closing deals, not merely signing. An agent who joins and stalls is no use to either of us.

Is the first conversation a sales pitch?

No, and it is confidential — particularly if you are still employed. Tell me your situation and I will tell you whether I think this is right for you. Sometimes the answer is no.

Next step

One conversation. No obligation.

Our group’s mission is to help 1,000 families achieve financial freedom through real estate. That starts with a straight conversation about whether this is the right move for you.
